All of them are excellent quality folders from the $30 - $40 price range
with great price - value ratio.
While the TS81 and the CH3530 come with D2 blade, the TS127 features the recent budget super star the Sandvik 14C28N steel. (If that's an aspect for you 14C28N is more rust resistant than D2.) The TwoSuns come with a more pointy blade style which is characteristic of Wong Design. All 3 showed great cutting & slicing performance during every day cutting chores without any significant difference.
Size & ergonomics:
The main difference is in size & dimensions. The CH3530 is the most compact & slimest of them so it suits small and mid sized hands better and it also weights less.
The TS127 and the TS81 are bigger & thicker than the CH3530, they suit even large hands. Although the by dimensions TS81 is bigger than the TS127, the TS127 feels considerably bigger in my mid sized hands because the handle scales of the TS127 are less contoured than the scales of the TS81.
All of them have only tip up right hand carry option. The TwoSuns have deep carry pocket clips. The CH3530 has a normal pocket clip and it carries better in the pocket thanks to its slim lines & compact size. Since the G10 sclales have a smooth surfuce under the pocket clip wearing out the pocket is not a problem any of these folders.
All of them come with superb flipping action thanks to the ball bearings and the proper detent strength. The flipper tab has jimpings and it's comfortable at all of them.
Lock-up and centering:
All 3 come with solid, early lock-up and perfectly centered blade.
Backspacer & lanyard hole:
The CH3530 has an open back construction while the TwoSuns come with partial backspacers made of G10. The TS81 doesn't have a lanyard hole.
