  1. Got the F111 and the Perfect Lines.
Still no pocket clip on the Mini Puppy...

    1. Dead Silence, TS80, SRM 1161 and the FRN version of the mechanical karambit for me. :)

I had a couple of emails with the owner/designer of MT and I addressed the lack of pocket clip issue of the big Puppy. So I hoped the small one would come with pocket clip.

    2. I'm planning on getting the TS80 as well.
I'm surprised you got it on AE though, they can be had for cheaper on Ebay, usually in between $50 and $55.

    3. With 11.11 coupons it cost me $55.36 shipped. :) Bidding for new and popular TwoSun models on eBay is a PITA sometimes. If you're not lucky it takes weeks to grab one at a good price and the shipping times are also longer in my experience.

    4. Shame I didn't see that I could get it for this price with coupons or I would have gotten it.
But maybe it was for the best. Yesterday after writing my post, I decided to put a bid on Ebay for $55. This morning, I got a notice that I won it for $51 :D
But I know what you mean about Ebay auctions, I tried $53 a few times in the last 3 weeks and have always been outbid until yesterday.

    5. Wow, congratulations! :)
I'm planning to pimp mine a bit by anodizing the handle. So I hope it'll arrive soon.

    6. By the way you can also find unbranded TwoSuns on Ali if you prefer a clean blade.

    7. I actually like the darker grey on this one so I think I'll leave mine alone. I'm having it shipped to a family member in the USA so I'll only get mine at Christmas.
I don't mind the branding as long as it's not a clone with fake branding and that it's not billboarded all over the place.
TwoSun is not too bad, but it would still look better if they would remove the words altogether and simply keep the sun logo in a corner.

    8. They should put their sun logo on the pivot, you mean ;)

    9. It's interesting that such a small detail as a pivot screw can have a big effect on the overall appearance of a folder.

    10. Has your TS80 shipped yet?
Mine that I won on Ebay a couple days ago still hasn't, nor had my F111 that I got from Feng on 11.11 :(

    11. Yes, my TS80 was shipped quickly a couple of days ago.
I'm pleased because all of my 11.11 stuffs got shipped in time (I didn't order anything from Feng).

    12. My TS80 has arrived! :) The quality is amazing, holding it in the hand it feels like a much more expensive folder. Shipping was also super quick from the YSTART Store.

    13. Nice to hear you like it!!!
Although the Ebay seller I bought mine from took a few days to ship, shipping was actually quick. I checked my tracking this morning and it's already in the US, so my family member should have it in a couple of days. Me on the other hand, I will only handle it at Christmas unfortunately :( so for now, I'll be looking forward to your impressions and your pictures :)

    14. It will be a nice Christmas surprise for sure! :)
If the weather permits I'll take a couple of photos about it tomorrow.

  2. I've just noticed that the NOC MT03 Chef is also on sale. I must resist! :)

    1. Just wait for the much cheaper D2 version. :)
I'm glad there is more chef folding knifes because lets be realist, 99% of the time I only use knifes for eating or cutting card-boards.

    2. A D2 version around $70 would be great! :)

    3. The Spyderco Phillips Kapara is also designed for food preparation but it's not cheap either...

  3. I promised myself not to buy Spyderclones anymore. Only a few were really worth it (Techno is one of them). But today I saw a EuroEdge clone. The seller send me a picture and it has the same fullers as the original. It's listed as C-125GP (sic). Interesting:

    1. They had to photoshop a couple of fullers on that EuroEdge! :))
My favourite is the Slysz Bowie.

  4. I just received 2 knives from the 910 series, I ordered the 4 main variations for a friend's brother who always loses his knives or gets them TSA'd.
The numbering seems to be different now, the green G10 is labeled as 911, the black all steel is labeled 913 (instead of the usual 9104).
Now I'm curious about the black G10 and the 9103.
Maybe I should write to gearbest that I haven't received what I've ordered :P

    1. As I see in the Sanrenmu Store that's the new model numbering. The name of the black G10 version and the 9103 hasn't changed.

    2. It's about time that gb lists the 810x
For the actual price of a 910x I'd buy one

    3. It would be a good challenge to make its opening smooth enough that it could be opened one handed.

    4. Can't say, for $20 I won't buy one. Even though it would be a good knife for a CF front scale (and clip).
