    1. I haven't visited Dx since that time when the CREE Q5 emitter was the king of the hill! :))

    2. As I see Dx has a couple of new models too.

  2. Have you tried any of these watches? Are they total junk? Or are they comparable to a cheap Casio?

    1. I have a couple of those SKMEI watches. They're comparable to cheap Casios with 30m or 50m water resistance. I really like their EL backlight (the whole watch face is illuminated) what you can't find at cheap Casios.

    2. I'm talking about this impressive backlight of the SKMEIs.

    1. Exactly. I just don't like cc or bank transfer.

    2. Job student is too lazy to ask the police to get back his Water Ripple folder and liked this one as a replacement.
Will be interesting to anodize it, I'm just not sure if the clip is Ti or steel.

    3. The pocket clip seems titanium to me. That handle would look great with a dual tone anodization (different color in the pits).

What did your student do that the police got his folder?

    4. He was drunk in pub or so. They got checked and when they asked if he carries a knife he remembered that he has it in his jacket.
It's not illegal to carry like in Germany but under these circumstances the police took it.
I guess he could go and ask to get it back, but he's too lazy I guess.

  4. ...and maybe with this one I find a way to anodize the pits dark blue and the surface light blue. The other way around is simple though...

    1. I love the colors of this TwoSun. I know the green color is quite difficult to achive but it looks awesome! :)

    2. I've achieved green with ten or eleven 9V batteries but it's difficult to get the same color on both the front and lock side. My Neon's backspacer looked good in green and bronze, like used brass. Then I ano'd the bronze to gold, not as good :(to

    3. I guess a proper power supply is needed for consistent colors.

    4. Yes,when I can I'll maybe buy a KPS1201D.
I think I could anodize my TiLock to a nice used brass finish, the scales are the same as it's not a framelock, but I like that camouflage look so I guess I'll leave it as is.
      Or maybe... :P

    5. The KPS1201D is on my wish list too. I couldn't find a better deal than that.
